The coordination meeting for the 7^th ECO Ministerial Meeting on Agriculture (July 5-6, 2022, Tashkent, Uzbekistan) was held on July 2, 2022, in the presence of the representatives of ECO-ABN, ECO-VECO, and ECO-RPFS at the administrative building of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

The coordination meeting for the participation of Iran in the 7^th ECO Ministerial Meeting on Agriculture (July 5-6, 2022, Tashkent, Uzbekistan) was held at the administrative building of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture. In this session, Dr. Ghorbani, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs and Planning, for Jihad Agriculture, and the representatives of ECO-ABN, ECO-VECO, and ECO-RPFS took part. Each representative presented an oral and written report of the progressive activities carried out from the 6^th ministerial virtual meeting (in 2019) up to now. In addition, they explained their plans of action. Dr. Salehi as the representative of ECO-ABN presented the report of progress activities in the field of ECO-ABN, and announced suggestions for the continuation of this program. Dr. Salehi expressed that ABRII as the ECO-ABN coordinator, is ready to host the 2^nd EGM and hold biotechnology workshops at the same time during 2022. Also, he told that ABRII is ready to hold a virtual conference on Agricultural biotechnology and nanotechnology on November-December 2023.  Lastly, Dr. Salehi offered a proposal to define joint projects with Uzbekistan Agriculture Institutes.
